KETO friendly Western Australian lupin flour has a golden yellow colour, a slightly nutty flavour and a subtle fresh aroma. contains 40% protein, 37% fibre, and only 4% carbohydrates. Lupin flour is a wonderful baking ingredient and great for gluten-free recipes, use them in your morning porriage aswell. It is a great source of gluten-free plant protein. As they belong to the legume family they are listed as an allergen , for it is possible people with peanut allergies could be allergic to lupins or have a similar reaction.
