Use this delightful blend in your bread dough prior to baking, or sprinkle on top of your loaf for additional crunch. It contains sunflower seeds, pepita's , rye, rolled oats, purple wheat, Chia and quinoa to help high quality breads and buns full of fible and additional nutrition!

These grain blends do not need soaking prior to use but you may want to keep an eye on the hydration of your dough when using this blend. This blend takes your bread to the next level. Totally devine added during lamination or stretch and folds in your sourdough breads then some sprinkled on top prior to baking! Once baked used the grains that fall off the bread in your salad - they taste devine toasted!
