This rice flour can be used to replace all-purpose wholewheat or plain flour in many everyday recipes. It is fantastic for pizza bases, pie crusts noodles and pasta. Its pale fawn in colour and has a light nutty flavour and aroma. It can be combined with other lighter flours such as coconut flour. Ideally it should be refrigerated to retain freshness.
