Banana Bread - Bread Mix (Gluten Free)

This Banana bread mix is getting rave reviews and is extremely popular . 1kg of the mix will make 4 x 250g loaves. It produces a delightfully moist banana bread. To get the best results you need to use overripe bananas. This loaf stays fresh moist and soft for days. Although our recipe on the label doesn't state to use yeast, we have found that the bread rises beautiflly with the addition of 1tsp yeast per 500g loaf, although this isn't imperative as there are rising agents in the mix already. So easy to make in your stand mixer or mix by hand, pour into greased baking tin and allow to rise prior to baking!
