Semolina - Fine

Semolina. It has a pale golden cream colour with a light nutty flavour and natural aroma. Semolina can be used to make crusty bread, porridge, pasta, pizza bases, savoury dishes and delightful cakes, and puddings. It is also used to coat your sourdough bread loaf prior to putting them in the basket to proof - also great for lining your proofing baskets with to prevent dough from sticking.
