Malt flour is a roasted barley flour specially prepared from malted barley and a wonderful addition to add to your rye breads. Add 1 or 2 tsp of malt to 500g flour. Mix well prior to adding the liquids. IF YOU REQUIRE THIS PRODUCT IN LARGER QUANTITIES PLEASE LET US KNOW, WE WILL GLADLY HELP YOU.
