Due to the very limited quantity we have available this season, the Einkorn is only available in 500g and 1kg quantities and limited per person. We will not be selling the grain, only the flour which we are milling here at the Risen Flour unit using the stone mill Eric has built.
This grain is very difficult to clean commercially due to the nature of the shape and sizing of the grains - quite varied in size, as a result other little seeds have to be taken out manually by ourselves here at Risen Flour, this is incredably time consuming and we have done this to the best of our ability, but if a few do pass through our sorting, your understanding would be greatly appreciated.
Nothing has been sieved off and as a result it is increadably healthy. It will however have a shorter shelf life due to the oils in the flour, so keep it cool.
