Artisan Wholemeal Flour - Sustainable & Single Origin
Sadly the mill has made a decision to cease producing this flour, however we are endeavouring to reproduce (as best we can) this delightful flour with one of our farmers. When it becomes available again here it will be the new product. This is a single origin ( has not been blended with other wheats) wholemeal wheat flour grown right here in Dalwallinu WA Australia. It has a fawn colour and makes a wonderful sourdough with a soft crumb and golden crust . It produces bread with exceptional texture taste and volume.
