This WA grown wholegrain flour is stoneground on the farm here in Gingin WA. It is just devine! - You have to try it yourself.a and makes a silky smooth dough.

Stoneground flours are milled at a lower tempreture thereby retaining more nutrients. It makes a wonderful wholemeal loaf, both with instant yeast and sourdough breads. Follow my Soft Wholemeal Bread recipe on my blog if you wish to try a scrummy loaf!

This flour only has 6% of the bran removed so it still has a great nutrient value.
