This is a single origin wheat flour (has not been blended with other wheat) grown right here in Dalwallinu near Geraldton WA Australia! It is a light fawn colour and makes a wonderful loaf of bread including sourdoughs with a soft crumb and golden crust. It produces bread with exceptional texture, taste and volume. The dough this flour produces is beautiful to work with. One of our favorites.
