Organic Wholemeal Flour is milled from a carefully selected blend of West Australian Hard and Premium White Organic wheats with an average protein content between 9.75%. Ideal to bake bread from or combine with other flours to make bread, biscuits etc. Add Vital Gluten (we also sell the gluten ) at a rate of 1% to your bread recipe to strengthen the dough and increase your water by 1%
