This hearty blend combines Australian Kibbled & Flaked Wheat, Kibbled Rye, Maize Semolina, Linseed, Kibbled Triticale, White Sorghum and Kibbled Barley. Together, these seven grains add a wonderfully rustic texture, satisfying bite and rich, nutty character to bread made from scratch.

Fold it into your favourite dough and enjoy the aroma of a freshly baked, golden-crusted grain loaf filling your kitchen. Each slice is packed with the natural goodness of grains and seeds—delicious fresh from the oven, generously buttered, or toasted until golden and crisp.

Perfect for creating multigrain loaves, rustic breads, rolls and other specialty breads at home.

For best results:
Use 50g of 7 Grain Mix per 500g dough mix.

For a softer, beautifully hydrated grain texture, soak 50g of the mix in 85g hot water for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight, before adding it to your dough.
