Product Details

Plain white flour is very versatile. Use for breads, flaky pie crusts, biscuits and general cooking. These flours are made from a softer variety of wheat, have a lower protein content and are called weak flour. Only use this flour on its own for making bread if the recipe specifically calls for this, otherwise combine it with other stronger flours . You can substitute some flour for gluten to make it stronger for baking bread.
