Grown right here in Western Australia, our organic Black Barley is an ancient wholegrain with a nutty flavour and unique texture. Naturally low GI and rich in protein, fibre, vitamin B6, and phosphorus, it’s both nourishing and satisfying.
Unlike other grains, Black Barley is hull-less — meaning it doesn’t need extra processing after harvest. Simply soak or cook, straight from paddock to plate. This not only preserves its full nutritional value but also reduces the energy required to grow and process, making it a more sustainable choice.
