Spelt grain grown right here in Mt Barker WA Australia. Soak and add to your breads, or we can mill it for you. We have a mill here and can mill the spelt for you to enable you to get the freshest spelt flour available, we do not sieve the milled grain so you end up with the most nutritious form of flour with all the germ and bran.

Note that the freshly milled spelt grain does have to be kept cool due to the germ being present which oxidises.
