Sourdough - Bread Mix

A flavoursome quick sourdough breadmix to give you the distinctive sourdough flavour but without the lengthy time it takes to make traditional sourdough. Just add yeast and water according to the recipe.

Wheat Flour (Vitamins (thiamine, Folate), sourdough (wheat flour, Culture), Wheat Gluten, fermented Wheat Flour, Iodised Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Palm) Calcium Sulphate 516, Ascorbic Acid 300
