Proving Basket/Banneton - Round, NO Liner (22cm x 8.5cm)

Round Rattan Banneton Proofing Basket, No Liner- Ideal for 500g - 750g loaves . Does not come with liner, but don't let that put you off. They are still easy to use without liners - dust the inside with flour (rice and semolina work very well) and swish the flour around the basket - don't be shy using it. The other option is to use a tea towel in the basket and dust that with flour as you would a fitted liner.
