Professional rattan baguette proofing basket ideal for rising dough which assists in the loaf maintaining its shape during proofing.

After use tap out excess flour or brush with a course brush to get out excess flour - wash in warm soapy water and allow to dry thoroughly. ( I sometimes put mine in a warm oven to dry out (no more than 25degC) or allow to dry in the sun to prevent it going moldy . Please DO NOT soak and don't use strong detergents. Store in a cool dry place and don't stack or store in airtight containers. Not suitable for baking in the oven.
