Crusty Chilli - Bread Mix

This bread mix has been developed by Risen Flour and is had a wonderful chilli and garlic flavour which is not overbearing. It delightfully soft crumb with crispy crust & designed to produce a consistent loaf with superior keeping qualities. Make into a loaf, rolls or even a baguette to serve with condiments - An absolute favorite with everyone who has tried it.

NB: Please note that you may not get a high rise with this loaf (but it won't be dense) as the garlic can have an effect on the yeast.
