Our oats are grown right here in Western Australia and are stabilised, which means they are steamed to prevent them going rancid after they have been hulled. We mill the oats into flour here at Risen Flour, in small batches, so it is always fresh.

The wholegrain oat flour brings warmth, nutrition, and a touch of natural sweetness to every bake. Rich in fibre, protein, and essential minerals, they help create soft, moist crumb and a wholesome texture in bread.
